目的 :探讨白介素 - 8、肿瘤坏死因子在肾缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法 :采用离体猪肾缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,实验分缺血再灌注 (IR)组和对照 (control)组。检测在肾缺血 5 0± 5分钟后 ,自体稀释抗凝血再灌注 2小时 30分钟时肾组织中白介素 - 8(IL - 8)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)的含量 ;光镜和电镜下肾组织形态结构改变。结果 :IR组同对照组比较 ,IL - 8和TNF -α均增高 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;IR组肾组织细胞发生变性、坏死改变 ,对照组肾组织超微结构正常。结论 :IL - 8、TNF -α的增高参与了缺血再灌注性肾损伤。
Objective: To investigate the role of interleukin - 8 and tumor necrosis factor in renal ischemia - reperfusion injury. Methods: The model of isolated porcine kidney ischemia-reperfusion injury was established. The experimental group was divided into ischemia-reperfusion (IR) group and control group. The levels of interleukin - 8 (IL - 8) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in renal tissue were measured at 50 ± 5 minutes after renal ischemia and 2 hours and 30 minutes after anticoagulant anticoagulation. The morphological changes of renal tissue under electron microscope. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of IL - 8 and TNF - α in IR group were significantly increased (P <0 05). The renal cell degeneration and necrosis in IR group were normal and the ultrastructure of renal tissue in control group was normal . Conclusion: Elevated IL - 8 and TNF - α are involved in ischemia - reperfusion injury.
