目的:加强人工肝室的规范化管理,严格无菌操作及消毒隔离避免出现院内感染,提高医护人员对医院感染控制工作的自律性,使患者有一个安全的就医环境。方法:观察25例患者人工肝治疗过程中人工肝室的空气温度、湿度、消毒情况、中心静脉导管维护及血浆分离器、血液灌流器、胆红素吸附柱和专用管路的检测。结果:25例患者人工肝治疗发生感染2例,占8.0%。医护人员经标准预防无1例感染。结论:按照医院感染管理规范要求,将人工肝室进行合理布局,保证手卫生消毒的依从性,对环境物体表面仪器设备按要求彻底消毒采取综合性干预措施,提高医护人员正确认识预防医院感染的重要性,有效减少医院感染的发生。
Objective: To strengthen the standardized management of the artificial liver room, strict aseptic operation and disinfection and isolation to avoid nosocomial infections and improve health care workers on the hospital infection control self-discipline, so that patients have a safe medical environment. Methods: The air temperature, humidity, disinfection, central venous catheter maintenance and plasma separator, hemoperfusion device, bilirubin adsorption column and special tubing in 25 cases of artificial liver during artificial liver therapy were observed. Results: Two patients (25%) were infected with artificial liver, accounting for 8.0%. No one was infected by medical staff after standard prevention. Conclusion: According to the requirements of nosocomial infection management regulations, the artificial liver compartment should be rationally arranged to ensure the compliance of hand hygiene disinfection and to take comprehensive interventions on the surface instruments and equipment of the environmental objects as required to improve the health care workers’ awareness of the prevention of nosocomial infections Importance to effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
