1.开裂现象将某新型号装载机样机组装完成后,我们对其进行可靠性实验。当实验至1720h时,该机变速器支架出现开裂现象。该支架安装在装载机机架上,用于同定装载机变速器。支架由托板和竖板焊接而成,如图1所示。托板和竖板的材质均为Q235钢板,托板厚度为10mm。裂缝位于托板与竖板的焊接处(图1中红色区域),从端部开始沿绿色箭头方向延伸,裂缝长度为8mm。支架承载变速器质量,以及发动机、
1. Cracking After a new model loader prototype is assembled, we conduct a reliability test on it. When the experiment to 1720h, the machine transmission bracket cracking phenomenon. The bracket is mounted on the loader frame for the same loader gearbox. The bracket is welded from the pallet and the riser, as shown in Figure 1. Pallet and riser are made of Q235 steel, pallet thickness of 10mm. The crack is located at the weld of the pallet to the riser (red area in Figure 1) and extends from the end in the direction of the green arrow with a crack length of 8 mm.
