为满足风洞测量精细化需求,从源头上减小温度测量误差,我部有针对性的研制建立了一套新的温度标定系统,实现了热电偶、热电阻等温度一次仪表的自动化检定功能和温度二次仪表检定功能,具有标准化程度高、测量精度高、自动化程度高等特点。该系统已成功应用于Ф0.5米高超声速风洞试验,结果表明:该系统对于提高温度仪表使用的可靠性,保证风洞试验质量和安全运行具有十分重要的作用。
In order to meet the demand of wind tunnel measurement refinement and reduce the temperature measurement error from the source, a new set of temperature calibration system has been developed and set up by our ministry to realize the automatic verification function of the temperature primary instrument such as thermocouple and thermal resistance And temperature secondary instrument test function, with a high degree of standardization, high precision, high degree of automation and so on. The system has been successfully applied to Ф0.5 m high-speed wind tunnel test. The results show that the system has a very important role in improving the reliability of temperature instruments and ensuring the quality and safe operation of wind tunnel test.
