一、前言高炉炼铁使用高风温是节焦增产的简便有效措施,是高炉大幅度提高喷煤量的有力措施之一,是当今世界炼铁技术发展的方向。为了获得高风温,国内外基本上采用了富化高炉煤气的措施。就我国钢铁工业而言,普遍缺乏高热值煤气。高炉风温因而难以提高,长期徘徊在1000℃左右。与此同时,不少钢铁企业的大量高炉煤气,难以找到合适的用户,被迫大量放散。
I. INTRODUCTION The use of high wind temperature in blast furnace ironmaking is a simple and effective measure to increase coke yield. It is one of the powerful measures for blast furnace to increase coal injection volume substantially and is the direction of the world ironmaking technology development. In order to obtain the high wind temperature, the measures of enriching the blast furnace gas are basically adopted at home and abroad. As far as China’s steel industry is concerned, there is a general lack of high-calorie gas. Blast furnace temperature is therefore difficult to improve, hovering at about 1000 ℃ for a long time. In the meantime, quite a number of iron and steel enterprises have found it difficult to find suitable users for their large quantities of blast furnace gas and have been forced to release large quantities of blast furnace gas.
