前言最近试验过几类有可能用作纯铁和普通钢在氢氟酸溶液中的有机腐蚀缓蚀剂。用具有非共价电子对的含硫添加剂获得了最理想的结果。最关心的工作是提供研究方案和研究哪类有机物对低铬合金钢在氢氟酸中的缓蚀效果最好。在该介质条件下,低铬合金钢比普通钢更易腐蚀,它的腐蚀率随铬含量的增加而增加。虽然有一些商用缓蚀剂确已成功地用于降低氢氟酸对低铬合金钢和17%Cr钢的腐蚀,但是目前还没有这些钢种的氢氟酸缓蚀剂的系统研究数据。试验试验用钢ASTM A335的成分见表1。
Preface Recently tested several types of organic corrosion inhibitors that may be used as pure iron and ordinary steel in hydrofluoric acid solution. The best results were obtained with sulfur-containing additives with non-covalent electron pairs. The most important work is to provide research programs and to study which type of organic matter has the best corrosion inhibition effect on low-chromium alloy steels in hydrofluoric acid. Under this medium condition, low chromium alloy steel is more corrosive than ordinary steel, and its corrosion rate increases with the increase of chromium content. Although some commercial corrosion inhibitors have been successfully used to reduce hydrofluoric acid corrosion of low chromium alloy steels and 17% Cr steels, there is currently no systematic study of hydrofluoric acid corrosion inhibitors for these steels. Test Test Steel ASTM A335 composition shown in Table 1.
