本文利用统计分析原理对黑龙江省1987~2000年省审定推广的玉米品种营养品质进行了分析。分析结果表明,蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、赖氨酸4种成分含量均值分别为10.50%、4.56%、71.08%、0.32%,均呈正态分布,且变异范围和方差较大。不同子粒类型品种间的各种营养成分含量不存在明显差异;蛋白质与淀粉、蛋白质与赖氨酸含量之间的相关系数分别为γ=0.39093、γ=0.252341,说明蛋白质与赖氨酸含量之间,蛋白质与淀粉含量之间均存在显著的相关关系,且蛋白质与淀粉含量达到极显著相关;各时期子粒的主要营养物质含量基本保持稳定,变化幅度不大。
In this paper, the statistical analysis of the principle of Heilongjiang Province from 1987 to 2000 approved the promotion of corn varieties nutritional quality were analyzed. The results showed that the average contents of four components of protein, fat, starch and lysine were 10.50%, 4.56%, 71.08% and 0.32%, respectively. Both of them showed a normal distribution and the variation range and variance were large. There was no significant difference in the contents of various nutrients among different grain types. The correlation coefficients between protein and starch, protein and lysine were γ = 0.39093 and γ = 0.252341, respectively, indicating that the correlation between protein and lysine content , There was a significant correlation between protein and starch content, and protein and starch content reached a very significant correlation; at each period the main nutrient content of the grain remained stable with little change.
