西藏旅游业在取得快速发展的同时,对旅游专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求。但目前西藏旅游专业人才培养存在着众多不足之处。为了应对该问题,加快人才培养步伐,在旅游专业教学实际工作中需要采取相应的策略,完善课程体系设置、重视实践能力培养、加快资格证书系统建设,并加强旅游专业人才思想道德建设。 While Tibet’s tourism industry has achieved rapid development, it has set higher demands on the training of tourism professionals. However, there are many shortcomings in the training of Tibetan tourism professionals. In order to deal with this problem and speed up the pace of personnel training, we must adopt corresponding strategies in the practical teaching of tourism major, improve the setting of the curriculum system, emphasize the training of practical ability, speed up the qualification certificate system construction and strengthen the ideological and moral construction of tourism professionals.
