盘道水库枢纽工程位于青海省湟中县境内湟水河一级支流流域,水库大坝位于湟中县共和镇盘道沟下游东西台村的河床峡谷间,距省会西宁48公里,县城鲁沙尔35公里,水库枢纽工程于2002年10月18日开工建设,2005年8月20日建成主体工程,2005年12月1日下闸蓄水。工程以解决湟中中部干旱山区和西宁大南山生态治理用水、甘河工业园区的工业用水及部分乡镇生活用水为主,兼顾辖区农业灌溉。
The Pondao Reservoir Hub Project is located in the first-level tributary of the Huangshui River in Langzhong County, Qinghai Province. The reservoir dam is located in the riverbed and canyon of Dongxitai Village downstream of Pandougou in Gongzhong County of Huangzhong County, 48 kilometers away from the provincial capital Xining. 35 km, reservoir and hub project started construction on October 18, 2002, August 20, 2005 completed the main project, December 1, 2005 under the impoundment. The project aims to solve the ecological water for harnessing in arid mountainous areas in central China, Daningnan Mountain in Xining and industrial water in part of Ganhe Industrial Park and for domestic use in some townships, taking into account the agricultural irrigation in the area.
