采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定头孢拉定样品中的As、Pb、Cd、Hg(ICHQ3D分类1:有毒元素)。结果表明,3批头孢拉定样品中均未检出As、Pb、Cd、Hg。该方法具有较高的灵敏度(As、Pb、Cd、Hg的检测限分别为0.0021、0.0003、0.0006、0.0003ug/ml)、良好的准确度(As、Pb、Cd、Hg的加标回收率分别为93%、102%、98%、105%),线性范围宽,精密度好,结果可靠,操作方便,可用于其他头孢类化学原料药的无机元素测定。
As, Pb, Cd and Hg in cephradine samples (ICHQ3D classification 1: toxic elements) were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES). The results showed that As, Pb, Cd and Hg were not detected in all the three samples of cefradine. The method has high sensitivity (As, Pb, Cd, Hg detection limits were 0.0021,0.0003,0.0006,0.0003ug / ml), good accuracy (As, Pb, Cd, Hg, respectively, 93%, 102%, 98%, 105%), wide linear range, good precision, reliable results, easy operation, and can be used for the determination of inorganic elements in other cephalosporins.
