推土机上有很多框架结构件,这些结构件在焊接加工之前往往需要对中定位。而对中定位时,使用传统的划线方法既费时又不准确。为此,根据框架结构件的特点,我们设计出推土机行走系统摆架焊接前快速对中定位装置,较好地解决了这一问题。现以推土机后摆架为例加以说明。1.后摆架结构后摆架总成结构如图1所示,由底板1、中间筋2、主侧板3和帮板4组成,其中主侧板3和帮板4各由2块钢板制成。中间筋2的结构如图2所示。
Bulldozers have a number of frame structures that often need to be centered prior to welding. The positioning of the time, the use of traditional marking method is time-consuming and inaccurate. To this end, according to the characteristics of the frame structure, we designed a bulldozer walking system swing frame before the fast alignment of the positioning device, a better solution to this problem. Bulldozers are now after the swing frame as an example to illustrate. 1. After the pendulum structure after the swing frame assembly structure shown in Figure 1, the bottom plate 1, the middle of the ribs 2, the main side plate 3 and the help board 4, wherein the main side plate 3 and 4 to help the board by two steel plate production. The structure of the middle bar 2 is shown in FIG. 2.
