特应性是机体识别粘膜水平有限剂量的变应原并产生反应的能力,不仅产生特异性的IgE抗体,还产生特异性的IgA、IgG抗体.关于癌症病人特应性的报告结果不一,为此作者对肺癌病人、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)病人和健康人的特应性进行了研究.材料与方法:未予治疗的肺癌病人103例,年龄、性别、吸烟与肺癌病人相匹配的COPD病人51例和健康人102名.用~(125)Ⅰ标记抗人IgE抗体的放射致敏免疫吸附试验测定抗屋尘螨(Derpl)、烟曲霉、花草粉、猫狗毛屑的特异性IgE抗体.用固相酶联免疫吸附试验测定抗β-乳球蛋白(BLG)、抗大豆蛋白(SP)及抗屋尘螨(Derpl)IgG抗体,效价经自然对数转换,以频度矩形图表示.结果:针对常见吸入变应原的特异性高亲和度IgE抗体的测定显示特应性体质三组相似:肺癌组19例(18.4%),COPD组9例(17.6%),
