对邻二甲苯氨氧化制备重要的化工原料邻苯二腈进行了研究 ,评比、筛选到高效的 o- 116号催化剂 .考察了反应温度、空气比、氨气比和空间速度对邻二甲苯转化率、邻苯二腈的摩尔产率和选择性的影响 ,研究了反应条件和催化剂对反应产物的组份及含量的影响 .在合适的条件下 ,转化率为 96 .8% ,邻苯二腈的摩尔产率为75 .2 % ,选择性 77.7% ,产物中邻苯二甲酰亚胺含量小于 5 % ,单腈含量少于 0 .5 % .产品中的少量亚胺可以用碱液洗去 ,邻苯二腈为白色针状晶体 ,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱得到证实 .
