研究了车辆液压助力转向系统的结构和工作原理。为解决传递函数法在车辆液压助力转向系统建模仿真中的局限性,运用功率键合图法建立了系统的状态空间方程,并应用MATLAB中的Simulink软件包对系统进行了动态仿真。结果表明,功率键合图法能方便地解决液压助力转向系统的非线性问题。仿真结果对车辆液压助力转向系统的性能分析和优化设计提供了理论依据。
The structure and working principle of vehicle hydraulic power steering system are studied. In order to solve the limitation of the transfer function method in modeling and simulation of vehicle hydraulic power steering system, the state space equation of the system is established by using the power bond graph method. Simulink software package in MATLAB is used to simulate the system. The results show that the power-bond graph method can easily solve the nonlinear problem of hydraulic power steering system. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the performance analysis and optimization design of vehicle hydraulic power steering system.
