针对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司2 250mm热轧生产线因缩颈补偿后立辊关闭异常导致带钢头部宽度偏窄的问题,分析了造成该问题的原因,通过将二级控制系统下发缩颈补偿参考值的方式由一次下发改为分步下发,且每次下发限定为2.5mm,并按带钢宽度、钢种的不同对缩颈补偿参数值进行优化,解决了带钢头部宽度偏窄的问题。
