目的:星点设计-效应面法优化刺五加叶中紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比为自变量,紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷提取率为因变量,通过对自变量与因变量的完全二次响应曲面的回归拟合,用岭嵴分析和效应面法选取最佳工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:确定紫丁香苷最佳提取工艺为:体积分数57.56%乙醇水溶液27.75倍量超声提取3次,每次76.28min;金丝桃苷最佳提取工艺为:体积分数58.86%乙醇水溶液29.75倍量超声提取3次,每次59.17min。结论:星点设计-效应面法优选的刺五加叶中紫丁香苷和金丝桃苷的提取工艺,方法简便,精度更高。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of syringin and hyperoside from Acanthopanax senticosus leaves by the combination of star point design and response surface methodology. Methods: The volume fraction of ethanol, the extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid were used as independent variables. The yield of syringin and hyperoside was taken as the dependent variable. By fitting the complete quadratic response surface of independent variable and dependent variable, Ridge ridge analysis and response surface method to select the best technology, and forecast analysis. Results: The optimum extraction process of syringin was as follows: the volume fraction of 57.56% ethanol solution 27.75 times the amount of ultrasonic extraction three times, each 76.28min; Hyperoside best extraction process: the volume fraction of 58.86% ethanol solution 29.75 times the amount of Ultrasound extraction 3 times, each time 59.17min. CONCLUSION: The method of extraction of syringin and hyperoside in Acanthopanax senticosus L., which is optimized by the method of apical design-response surface method, is simple and accurate.
