在总结精馏塔起吊有限元分析方法的基础上,利用VB及ANSYS软件的二次开发工具APDL开发出了精馏塔起吊软件,探讨了在ANSYS平台上实现精馏塔起吊参数化建模及计算的技术和方法,并通过实例分析验证了该软件的实用性和可靠性。 On the basis of summarizing the finite element analysis method of distillation column lifting, the software of rectification tower lifting was developed by the secondary development tool APDL of VB and ANSYS software, and the parametric modeling of distillation tower lifting on ANSYS platform was discussed. Calculation techniques and methods, and through practical examples to verify the software’s practicality and reliability.
