植物体表面附有多种毛状组织,其中具有分泌作用的为腺毛。腺毛作为植物体中重要的分泌组织,可特异性合成多种次生代谢产物。近年来随着药用植物研究的不断深入,腺毛对于药用植物的研究意义日益凸显,多种药用成分在植物腺毛中合成、修饰及储藏,其生长发育状态可直接影响药材整体品质的优劣。从形态结构、研究技术、内含物代谢过程、代谢分子调控等方面对药用植物腺毛的研究进展进行综述。
