目的探讨参附注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用常规抗心力衰竭的药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用参附注射液联合左卡尼汀,治疗前后分别测定左室射血分数,左室短轴缩短率,每搏输出量,心输出量和6min步行试验以及安全性指标。结果治疗组和对照组心脏超声检测指标及6min步行试验差异均有统计学意义。结论参附注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenfu injection combined with levocarnitine in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 60 New York Heart Association (NYHA) patients with grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ cardiac function were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drug. The treatment group was treated with conventional drug therapy With Shenfu injection combined with levocarnitine, before and after treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction, shortening of left ventricular short axis, stroke volume, cardiac output and 6min walk test and safety indicators were measured. Results The indexes of cardiac ultrasound examination and 6-minute walk test in the treatment group and the control group were all statistically significant. Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with levocarnitine is safe and effective in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
