选用白菜试验地二亩,进行四次重复的田间小区随机排列对比试验,颗粒剂选用粘土过20/40筛目,与炭粉、药剂拌匀施入播种沟内,后进行播种。蚜虫调查:定植前每处理调查100株,定植后每处理调查40株,每隔3—4天进行一次随机取样田间调查,以比较不同药剂治蚜防病效果。结果证明,在每亩使用药剂,乙拌磷(纯)、乐果(纯)、曼纳松(50%)均为76.6克及曼纳松(50%)51克的有效含量,各种药剂载体每亩使乙拌磷(纯)、乐果(纯)、曼纳松(50%)
