飞机座椅电源是为了满足机上乘客电子设备用电需求而设计的。飞机座椅电源产品的研制对设备的国产化,安装成本的降低等方面都有重要意义。在此参照DO-160F,Boeing D6-44588以及Airbus ABD0100等相关电磁测试要求,设计了一款飞机座椅电源,采用特定消谐脉宽调制(SHE-PWM)技术,实现了115 V/400 Hz航空电至110 V/60 Hz交流电的转换,能够满足机上旅客个人电子设备的用电需求。试验运行结果表明,该电源性能稳定可靠,输出电能谐波特性良好,总谐波畸变率为3.31%,符合航空用电要求。
Aircraft seat power is designed to meet the power needs of on-board passenger electronic devices. Aircraft seat power product development on the localization of equipment, installation costs have reduced significance and so on. Here reference is made to the related electromagnetic test requirements of DO-160F, Boeing D6-44588 and Airbus ABD0100 to design an aircraft seat power supply using a special harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation (SHE-PWM) technology to achieve 115 V / 400 Hz Avionics to 110 V / 60 Hz AC conversion to meet the on-board traveler’s personal electronic equipment needs. Experimental results show that the power supply performance is stable and reliable, the harmonic characteristics of the output power is good, the total harmonic distortion rate of 3.31%, in line with the requirements of aviation power.
