目的研究鉴定一种可化学显色的聚六亚甲基单胍盐中和剂。方法采用胶体滴定法建立聚六亚甲基单胍与聚乙烯基硫酸钾发生反应的直线回归方程,并在试管中用化学指示液指示聚六亚甲基单胍与中和剂中和完全的终点,同时用悬液定量杀菌试验方法对该中和剂进行鉴定实验。结果甲苯胺蓝指示聚乙烯基硫酸钾中和聚六亚甲基单胍完全的终点明确,聚六亚甲基单胍与0.0025 mol/L聚乙烯基硫酸钾进行等量反应的线性范围为1.5~4.0 mg,线性相关系数为0.9999。经悬液定量杀菌试验法鉴定证明,聚乙烯基硫酸钾能有效中和聚六亚甲基单胍的杀菌作用,且中和剂和中和产物溶液对微生物的生长没有影响。结论 0.0025 mol/L的聚乙烯基硫酸钾可有效中和4.8 g/L以下浓度的聚六亚甲基单胍盐的杀菌效果,并能通过指示液化学显色指示中和反应的终点。
Aim To identify a chemically-sensitive polyhexamethylene-guanidine salt neutralizer. Methods Colloidal titration was used to establish a linear regression equation for the reaction of polyhexamethylene-guanidine and potassium polyvl-sulphate. The chemical indicator solution was used to indicate that polyhexamethylene-guanidine and neutralizer completely neutralized End, at the same time with the suspension quantitative disinfection test methods for identification of the neutralizing agent experiment. Results Toluidine blue showed that the final endpoint of neutralization of polyhexamethylene guanidine with polyvinylsulfate was clear. The linear range of polyhexamethyleneguanidine with 0.0025 mol / L polyvinylsulfate was equal to 1.5 ~ 4.0 mg with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999. Suspension quantitative germicidal test proved that polyvinylsulfate can effectively neutralize the bactericidal effect of polyhexamethylene biguanide, and the neutralizer and the neutralization product solution have no effect on the growth of the microorganism. Conclusions Potassium poly (potassium vinyl sulfate) 0.0025 mol / L can effectively neutralize the polyhexamethylene monoguanidine salt under the concentration of 4.8 g / L and can indicate the end point of the neutralization reaction by the indicator liquid chemical colorization.
