离退休工作是企业管理工作的重要组成部分,是企业改革和发展的保障,关系着社会的稳定和家庭的和谐。随着时代的变迁和社会的变革,以往传统的管理方法和管理模式,渐渐地显得不足和不够。在政治、经济、文化高速发展的今天,与时俱进,创新发展适应新时期的服务、管理方法和管理模式显得尤为重要,这也是企业发展过程中不可忽视,需要思考和探索的课题。本文以电力企业为例,探讨了电力企业离退休工作所面临的难题,并据此提出了相应的解决措施,对于妥善安排企业离退休职工,及促进企业的可持续发展有着重要的实际意义。
Retirement work is an important part of the management of an enterprise, a guarantee for the reform and development of an enterprise, and is related to social stability and family harmony. With the changes of the times and social changes, the traditional management methods and management models in the past have gradually become inadequate and inadequate. With the rapid development of politics, economy and culture, it is particularly important to keep pace with the times, innovate and adapt to the service, management methods and management mode in the new era. This paper takes electric power enterprises as an example to discuss the problems faced by the power companies in their retirement work and put forward corresponding solutions accordingly.
