随着城市化进程的加快,越来越多的农村劳动力涌向城镇。我国农村劳动力数量众多但质量并不是很高,这不仅为城镇就业管理带来压力,也将最终制约着工业化城镇化和农业现代化的持续发展。为了尽快地实现全面建设小康社会的目标,如何有序有效地推动农村富余劳动力的就业转移成为我们迫在眉睫的问题。本文立足于农村劳动力转移培训中所存在的困难和问题,并在此基础上提出了提高农村劳动力转移培训实效的对策。一、农村劳动力转移培训现状
As the process of urbanization accelerates, more and more rural labor force flock to cities and towns. The large number of rural labor force in our country but the quality is not very high, which not only brings pressure on urban employment management, but also will ultimately restrict the sustainable development of industrialized urbanization and agricultural modernization.
