目的探讨平板运动试验中Duke运动评分(DTS)与房间传导阻滞(IAB)的关系。方法选择胸闷、胸痛患者78例,行平板运动试验及冠状动脉造影检查。根据平板运动试验中心电图P波时限的变化分为房间传导阻滞(IAB)组和无IAB组,比较两组患者的临床特征和DTS,观察冠心病和无冠心病患者间DTS的差异。结果IAB组患者年龄显著大于无IAB组[(61.2±10.1)岁vs.(56.8±8.7)岁,P<0.05],DTS低于无IAB组(-3.42±5.40 vs.1.73±5.60,P<0.001),不同DTS危险分层患者的比例有极显著性差异(P=0.001),无IAB组和IAB组冠心病患者间DTS有显著性差异(0.63±5.56 vs.-4.64±5.58,P<0.05)。结论平板运动试验中出现IAB的患者DTS相对较低。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Duke’s motion score (DTS) and room conduction block (IAB) in treadmill exercise test. Methods 78 patients with chest tightness and chest pain were selected and their treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography were performed. According to the treadmill exercise test, the change of P wave time limit was divided into room block (IAB) group and non-IAB group. The clinical features and DTS were compared between two groups to observe the difference of DTS between CHD patients and non-CHD patients. Results The age of patients in IAB group was significantly higher than that in patients without IAB [(61.2 ± 10.1) vs. (56.8 ± 8.7) years, P <0.05], DTS lower than those without IAB (-3.42 ± 5.40 vs.1.73 ± 5.60, P < 0.001). There was a significant difference in the proportion of patients with different risk stratification of DTS (P = 0.001). There was no significant difference in DTS between IAB group and IAB group (0.63 ± 5.56 vs.-4.64 ± 5.58, P < 0.05). Conclusions Patients with IAB in treadmill exercise tests have relatively low DTS.
