A study of 101 hearing-impaired shipworkers exposed to noise and vibration found that their average age was 42.3 years and their average length of service was 14.7 years. Of these, 56 worked continuously for 12 hours and 45 worked continuously for 24 hours. The control group was dock workers not exposed to noise and vibration. Hearing loss is calculated by subtracting the age correction value. Found in the frequency of 500 ~ 8000Hz, hearing threshold increased more than 20 dB of hearing loss of varying degrees was 82.3%, 89% of hearing loss, mixed 11%. The observed 24 hours of continuous hearing loss was significantly greater than workers
