近年来,我国法律援助案件质量不断提高,初步形成了“事前、事中、事后”的质量控制模式。但实践中,法律援助机构对承办人办案还缺乏精细管理和有效监督,办案质量的好坏主要依赖于承办人的自觉性,导致案件质量参差不齐,影响了法律援助的发展。笔者拟从实证视角分析法律援助案件质量现状,指出存在的问题,并进一步探讨如何提高法律援助案件质量,以期对完善法律援助工作有所助益。
In recent years, the quality of legal aid cases in our country has been continuously improved, and a quality control mode of “beforehand, during, afterwards” has been formed. However, in practice, the legal aid agencies lack of fine management and effective supervision over the handling of contractors. The quality of handling cases mainly depends on the conscientiousness of the contractors, resulting in uneven quality of the cases and affecting the development of legal aid. The author intends to analyze the status quo of the quality of legal aid cases from an empirical perspective, pointing out the existing problems and further discussing how to improve the quality of legal aid cases in the hope of improving the legal aid work.
