为了方便纳税人,许多地方的税务机关都设立了办税服务厅。这个服务窗口,内部建立健全了相应的规章制度、考核办法、服务承诺及服务用语和服务忌语;有的办税服务厅还设有一名礼仪小姐,专门热情接待纳税人,对纳税人和风细语,形成了办证、申报、纳税、库票购领等一条龙的服务体系,大大节省了纳税人的时间,减少了纳税人不必要的奔波,为纳税人营造了一个公平、快捷、舒适的办税环境,得到了大多数纳税人的认可和称赞。广大纳税人不但积极支持配合税收工作,还以赠送锦旗、感谢信的方式表达他们对办税服务厅的谢意。纳税人为国家创造财富,使国家机器能正常运转、人民生活得到保障等方面做出了积极贡献,理应受到尊重和保护。然而,在日常工作中也出现了一些不尽如人
