[目的/意义]探究新生入馆同伴教育模式的内涵及运行机制。[方法/过程]梳理研究现状,针对“90后”大学新生心理发展特点、图书馆认识状况及学习需求,架构一种在新生班级中选拔培训导读志愿者担任同伴教育者的新生入馆教育新模式。[结果/结论]详细阐述新模式的总体框架、具体内容以及实施情况,并就未来发展提出思考。
[Purpose / Significance] To explore the connotation and operating mechanism of peer education mode for freshmen admission. [Method / Process] Combing the research status quo, in view of the psychological development characteristics of university freshmen, knowledge of the library and learning needs of the post-90s university students, a newly recruited volunteer as a companion educator New model of education. [Results / Conclusions] Describe in detail the overall framework of the new model, its specific content and implementation, and think about future developments.
