发动机工作时,连杆螺栓所受的力很大,若其断裂,将造成捣缸、撞坏机体等重大事故。引起连杆螺栓断裂的原因有: 1.连杆螺栓松动,致使连杆瓦盖接合面开缝,连杆螺栓受冲击而断裂。 2.连杆螺栓拧紧力矩过大,造成螺栓过度伸长。 3.连杆螺栓表面有裂纹,引起应力集中。 4.连杆螺栓使用时间太久,磨损严重,螺母与螺栓之间接触不严,松动。 5.连杆螺栓材质不佳,加工粗糙,致使强度降低、变形、出现裂纹。
