本文分析了普通王米籽粒中蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的杂种优势、遗传参数及其与其他农艺性状的相关性。试验表明,杂种F_1的蛋白质和赖氨酸含量低于双亲,具有负优势,与双亲平均值、尤其与高含量亲本显著相关。蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的遗传力偏低,具有一定程度的遗传变异,可通过选择而提高。与大多数农艺性状呈负相关。蛋白质含量与赖氨酸含量呈显著正相关。通径分析结果显示,单穗粒重、百粒重对蛋白质含量有正的直接效应;灌浆期、出籽率具负的直接效应,各性状的综合作用对蛋白质含量产生影响。
In this paper, the heterosis, genetic parameters and their correlations with other agronomic traits of protein and lysine content in common king rice grain were analyzed.
