进行了超声振动磨削和普通磨削陶瓷深孔的对比试验研究。结果表明,超声振动磨削可明显提高陶瓷加工效率,能有效地消除普通磨削产生的表面裂纹和凹坑,是陶瓷深孔精密高效加工的新方法。
The ultrasonic vibration grinding and ordinary grinding ceramic deep hole comparative test research. The results show that ultrasonic vibration grinding can significantly improve the processing efficiency of ceramics and can effectively eliminate the surface cracks and pits produced by ordinary grinding. It is a new method for precision and efficient processing of ceramic deep holes.
