通常,在酸洗液中加入适当的缓蚀剂可以防止酸洗增氢,我们曾推荐15%H_2SO_4+0.3%IMC-5C酸洗液和45℃,2h的酸洗制度。酸洗效果良好并避免了酸洗渗氢。但是,在使用过程中酸洗液中的硫酸浓度会逐渐降低,缓蚀剂含量也可能因吸附在工件表面随工件带出而减少,而酸洗液中缓蚀剂含量是几乎不能测定的。因此连续使用的酸洗液如何确定其有效期是一个有实际意义的问题。本工作模拟实际生产过程,建立简单易行的判定上述酸洗液有效期的方法。
