目的:掌控我市餐饮场所中央空调系统军团菌污染现状,为卫生监督工作提供科学的参考依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,对我市部分大型餐饮场所中央空调的冷却塔水、冷凝水进行检测。结果:在中央空调的78份样品中检出嗜肺军团菌(Lp)10株。其中8株军团菌Lp1型,2株Lp5型.检出阳性率12.8%(5/39)。结论:我市餐饮场所中央空调冷却塔水、冷凝水存在军团菌,有关部门要加强监督和检测,采取必要的防控措施。
Objective: To control the current status of Legionella contamination in central air-conditioning system of catering establishments in our city and provide scientific reference for health supervision. Methods: A random sampling method was used to test the cooling water and condensate of the central air-conditioner of some large-scale food and beverage establishments in our city. Results: Ten strains of Legionella pneumophila (Lp) were detected in 78 samples of central air conditioners. Among them, 8 strains of Legionella were Lp1 and 2 strains of Lp5, the positive rate was 12.8% (5/39). Conclusion: There are Legionella bacteria in the central air-conditioner cooling tower and condensate in the catering places in our city, and relevant departments should step up supervision and testing and take the necessary prevention and control measures.
