新生儿先天性膈疝少见，作者遇1例巨大膈疝并双肺不张，临床罕见，现报道如下：1临床资料：孕妇，35岁，因孕41＋3周，B超发现羊水过少无产兆而入院。孕妇已婚7年未育，曾自然流产一次，非近亲结婚，双方曾查染色体未发现异常。入院查：BP14／9kPa，R20次，P90次，心肺无异常。 Neonatal congenital diaphragmatic hernia is rare, the authors encountered a case of huge diaphragmatic hernia and bilateral atelectasis, clinical rare, are reported as follows: 1 clinical data: pregnant women, 35 years old, 41 weeks pregnant + 3 weeks, B ultrasound found oligohydramnios no evidence and admission . Pregnant women married seven years without fertility, had a spontaneous abortion once, non-relatives married, the two sides found no abnormal chromosomes.
