腭癌较少见 ,现报道 1例。患者 男 ,43岁。因发现左上腭部渐大性肿物 3个月 ,发作性疼痛而入院。体查 :左硬腭部见局限性隆起 ,触之较硬 ,范围约 2 .0ｃｍ× 2 .0ｃｍ。Ｘ线检查 :副鼻窦华氏位 ,见双上颌窦透亮度降低 ,上下颌骨及各前组副鼻窦未见明显骨质破坏 ,考虑为双上颌
