日本“福岛核事故”后,国家核安全局发文要求在运、在建核电站必须开展抗震裕量评估工作。由于抗震裕量评估(SMA)在国内尚属首次,技术难度较大。针对CRP1000核岛厂房结构,采用美国电力研究协会(EPRI)的抗震裕量评估方法(SMA)开展结构抗震裕量评估,包括审查水平地震(RLE)的确定、现场踏勘、高置信度低失效概率(HCLPF)值计算。分析方法和结果可为在运、在建核电厂结构抗震裕量评估提供参考,同时针对分析方法以及可能存在的薄弱环节的处理提出了建议。
Japan “Fukushima nuclear accident ”, the National Nuclear Security Administration issued a document in motion, in the construction of nuclear power station must carry out seismic margin assessment. As the seismic margin assessment (SMA) is the first time in China, technical difficulty is greater. Aiming at the CRP1000 nuclear island plant structure, the earthquake resistance margin assessment of the structure is carried out by the American Society for Electric Power Research (EPRI) seismic margin estimation method (SMA), including the examination of the determination of horizontal earthquake (RLE), site survey, high confidence and low failure probability (HCLPF) value calculation. The methods and results of the analysis can provide reference for the evaluation of anti-seismic margins in operation and construction of NPPs, and give suggestions on the analysis methods and the treatment of possible weak links.
