目的:探讨西宁地区妊娠高血压疾病(Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy,HD-CP)患者血中内皮素-1(ET-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)变化水平与妊娠高血压疾病发生、发展的关系。方法:选择2010年5月—2011年4月在我院住院的妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者45例,分为妊娠高血压组(GH)18例,轻度子痫前期组(MP)12例,重度子痫前期组(SP)13例,子痫组(EP)2例,同期正常妊娠健康妇女30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血ET-1、IL-6浓度水平,将检测结果进行比较分析。结果:①妊娠高血压疾病组血ET-1为(75.26±19.82)pg/mL、IL-6为(194.4±64.51)pg/mL检测水平显著高于对照组[(61.8±11.50)pg/mL,(92.16±32.45)pg/mL],差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001);②血中ET-1、IL-6浓度水平随着妊娠高血压疾病病情加重逐渐升高。结论:妊娠高血压疾病患者ET-1、IL-6水平的检测,可以作为临床判断妊娠高血压疾病患者病情发展和预后的一项指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of ET-1, IL-6 and hypertensive pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy, HD-CP) Development of the relationship. Methods: Forty-five patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) hospitalized in our hospital from May 2010 to April 2011 were divided into pregnancy-induced hypertension (GH) group (18 cases), mild preeclampsia group (MP) 12 cases, severe preeclampsia group (SP) in 13 cases, eclampsia group (EP) in 2 cases and normal pregnancy healthy women in the same period as control group. The concentration of ET-1 and IL-6 in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the test results were compared and analyzed. Results (1) The levels of ET-1 in blood serum of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were (75.26 ± 19.82) pg / mL and (194.4 ± 64.51) pg / mL and were significantly higher than that of the control group [(61.8 ± 11.50) pg / mL , (92.16 ± 32.45) pg / mL] respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). The levels of ET-1 and IL-6 in blood were gradually increased with the increase of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Conclusion: The detection of ET-1 and IL-6 levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis and prognosis of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
