为研究胎脑黑质脑内移植对帕金森氏病大鼠纹状体内神经肽Y及多巴胺D2型受体mRNA表达的影响,本文采用核酸斑点杂交方法对胎脑黑质脑内移植前后的帕金森氏病大鼠纹状体内神经肽Y及多巴胺D2型受体mRNA含量进行了连续定量地观察,研究发现胎脑黑质移植物不仅能纠正帕金森氏病大鼠的行为异常,而且还能彻底反转帕金森氏病大鼠纹状体内因去神经支配造成的神经肽Y及多巴胺D2受体mRNA过度表达,研究结果提示胎脑黑质移植物对宿主纹状体形成的神经再支配可能是促使这两种物质基因表达正常化的主要原因。
