目的 :通过动物实验探讨超声导向门静脉瘤栓穿刺注射胶体32磷酸铬治疗门静脉瘤栓的可行性。方法 :分别将胶体32磷酸铬或生理盐水注入新西兰白兔门静脉左支及其邻近肝实质内 ,观察实验前后肝功能、外周血象及肝脏病理改变、32磷在体内的分布 ,了解门静脉有无狭窄。结果 :胶体32磷酸铬注入门静脉或肝实质后主要分布于肝内 ,未见门静脉狭窄 ,实验前后外周血象无显著变化 ,肝功能呈一过性升高 ,肝脏病理检查肝组织无明显坏死。结论 :超声导向门静脉瘤栓穿刺注射胶体32磷酸铬行内放疗具有可行性
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of using ultrasound guided portal vein tumor puncture needle injection colloidal chromium phosphate in the treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus. Methods: The colloidal chromium phosphate or normal saline was infused into the left branch of the portal vein of New Zealand white rabbits and its adjacent liver parenchyma. The liver function, peripheral blood and liver pathological changes before and after the experiment were observed. The distribution of 32 P in the body was observed. . RESULTS: Colloidal chromium phosphate was mainly distributed in the liver after portal vein or liver parenchyma was injected into the portal vein. There was no portal vein stenosis. There was no significant change in peripheral blood before and after the experiment. Liver function was transiently elevated. Liver necrosis was not observed in liver pathology. CONCLUSIONS: It is feasible to use ultrasound-guided portal vein puncture for injection of colloidal chromium 32 in-line radiotherapy
