推行厂务公开,对于国有施工企业来讲,已经讲了较长时间,但其效果并不理想。我公司1999年8月在新班子调整后,面对诸多困难和问题,职工的疑虑、担心,如何促进企业的发展,稳定职工队伍,班子成员经过反复的调查研究,决定以推行厂务公开作为工作的切入点,将职工关心的热点、难点公诸于众,接受职工群众的监督。通过这项工作的开展,取得了比较明显的交果。现就我公司推行厂务公开的工作谈一些体会。
The implementation of the openness of factory affairs has already covered the state-owned construction companies for a long time, but its effect is not satisfactory. After adjusting for the new team in August 1999, our company faced many difficulties and problems, employees’ suspicions and concerns, how to promote the development of the company, and stabilizing the workforce. After repeated investigations and studies, the team members decided to implement the openness of the factory affairs The starting point for the work is to publicize the hot and difficult issues that employees care about and accept the supervision of the workers and the masses. Through the development of this work, we have achieved comparatively clear results. I will now talk about some of my experiences in the implementation of the company’s public affairs.
