PET分子量分布的宽窄,对聚酯纤维的性能有很大的影响。因此,研究影响PET分子量分布的各种因素,特别是缩聚和纺丝工艺条件的影响,具有很重要的现实意义。但无论缩聚过程还是纺丝过程,都与受热降解过程密切相关,因此,阐明受热降解过程对分子量分布的影响,无疑对生产工艺控制和纤维性能的改善都有着重要的意义。
The wide and narrow PET molecular weight distribution has a great influence on the properties of polyester fibers. Therefore, it has very important practical significance to study various factors affecting the molecular weight distribution of PET, especially the influence of polycondensation and spinning process conditions. However, both the polycondensation process and the spinning process are closely related to the thermal degradation process. Therefore, clarifying the influence of the thermal degradation process on the molecular weight distribution will undoubtedly play an important role in the control of the production process and the improvement of the fiber properties.
