随着高强度齿轮的发展,控制插制齿轮根径的变化,已受到齿轮加工行业的日益关注.特别是插制变位系数较大、齿数较少的外啮合齿轮及内啮合齿圈时,控制齿轮根径尺寸的变化,更为迫切.于是给非标准插齿刀的设计,提出了新的要求.这里以标准切削角度:前角γ为5°、后角α_e为6°的插齿刀设计为例,从变位系数、齿数的变化及部分有关因素着手,对在设计插齿刀时如何控制齿轮根径进行一些和步的探讨.
