随着旅游业发展的日趋成熟,旅游解说系统在提升游客旅游体验质量、开展科普教育和景区管理工作、增强游客的环境保护意识等方面的作用也日益凸显。旅游解说系统是影响游客体验质量和衡量旅游景区服务的重要因素,而解说需求研究是景区旅游解说系统优化的基础。本文通过问卷调查法和统计分析法,对曲江遗址公园景区游客的解说需求进行了深入的分析。根据游客的解说需求特点,提出了完善解说媒体布局、加强景区重要特征解说、扩展解说内容和增强解说的针对性,以及景区解说系统的优化措施,也给其他同类型的旅游景区解说系统优化提供启示。 With the development of tourism industry, the function of tourism interpretation system is becoming increasingly prominent in enhancing the quality of tourists ’tourism experience, carrying out popular science education and scenic spot management, and enhancing tourists’ awareness of environmental protection. Interpretation system of tourism is an important factor that affects the quality of tourists’ experience and measure the service of tourist attractions. Interpretation of demand research is the basis of optimization of tourist interpretation system of scenic spots. In this paper, by means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the tourist demand in Qujiang ruins park area has been analyzed in depth. According to the characteristics of tourists’ demand for commentary, it puts forward some suggestions to perfect the explanation of media layout, to strengthen the explanation of key features of scenic spots, to expand the commentary content, to enhance the pertinence of commentary, and to optimize the scenic area explanation system, Inspiration.
