Essay writing is an examination of students ’comprehensive ability in Chinese, which shows a student’s experience of living and accumulation of life experience. Regular writing can exercise students’ imagination and creativity. The writing practice in primary school is of great significance to the future study and development of students. This article gives a brief overview on how to improve pupils’ ability in Chinese writing.
