膠州大白菜是我国蔬菜中的优良品种,其品质特点为:维少、叶邦薄、结球紧实、易煑好熟、湯如奶酪、味甜而鲜,因而著名全国,行销京、津、、宁、杭、汉以及港澳各地,极为广大羣众所欢迎,成为—种名产蔬菜。膠州大白菜产于山东膠县,盛产于该县城关、城南、麻灣、沽河、膠河、墨河等六个产区,而以城关的丁家庄、三里河为原产地,所栽的白菜产量高,品质好。根据膠县县志的记载,膠州大白菜的栽培历史已有二百多年之久。当地菜农在长期的生产实践中,积累了一整套适应于该品种生物学特性和该地区气候土壤条件的栽培技术措施。为了了解这一名产栽培的土壤条件,我们根据当地菜农的经验,对丁家庄一带不同的土壤,作了一些分析研究,以便为提高这一名产的产量和品质的栽培技术措施,提供有关的参考资料。
Jiaozhou cabbage is an excellent variety of vegetables in our country, its quality characteristics are: less dimension, thin leaf, tight knot, easy to cook well cooked, such as cheese, sweet and fresh, so the famous national marketing Beijing, Tianjin ,, Ning, Hangzhou, Han and Hong Kong and Macao, very popular with the masses, as a species of vegetables. Jiaozhou cabbage produced in Shandong Jiaoxian, abounds in the county Chengguan, Chengnan, Mawan, Guhe, Jiahe, Mexico River and other six producing areas, and to Chengguan Dingjiazhuang, Sanlihe as the origin, the planted Cabbage high yield, good quality. According to the records of Jiao County, Jiaozhou cabbage has been cultivated for more than two hundred years. Local farmers in the long-term production practices, has accumulated a set of adapt to the biological characteristics of the species and the climate and soil conditions in the region cultivation techniques. In order to understand the soil conditions of this famous cultivation, based on the experience of local vegetable farmers, we conducted some analysis and research on different soil types in Dingjiazhuang in order to provide cultivation techniques to improve the yield and quality of this famous product Related reference materials.
