静养首先要静,环境宁静,无人干扰。而寂寞之境,也是四周沉寂,孤单冷清。从表面处境看二者十分相似。老年人处于后者境界的比较多,如果能正确对待,处理得当,安静平和,静养身心,就能使全身调节功能归于自然和谐顺畅。如果感到孤独冷落,心烦意乱,就会失去平衡,影响身心健康,加快衰老进程。所以要学会静养,或把寂寞变成静养,将身心放松,就会达到养生健身之目的。
