目的建立维生素EC咀嚼片中维生素C、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖的HPLC-RID检测方法。方法色谱柱:伊利特Hypersil NH_2(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH=5.9)-乙腈(30∶70);流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:40℃,检测器温度:35℃;进样量:10μL。结果维生素C、乳糖在0.2~5.0 mg/mL,葡萄糖、蔗糖在0.4~10.0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 7),检测限为0.06~0.12 mg/mL,平均回收率为99.7%以上。结论该方法专属性好、操作简便、快速准确,适用于维生素EC咀嚼片中维生素C、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC-RID method for the determination of vitamin C, glucose, sucrose and lactose in vitamin EC chewable tablets. Methods Column: Ehrlich Hypersil NH 2 (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: 0.02 mol / L KH 2 PO 4 (30:70); flow rate 0.8 mL / Temperature: 40 ° C, detector temperature: 35 ° C; injection volume: 10 μL. Results The linear relationship between vitamin C and lactose was 0.2-5.0 mg / mL, glucose and sucrose were in the range of 0.4-10.0 mg / mL (r ≥ 0.997), and the detection limit was 0.06-0.12 mg / mL. The average recovery was 99.7 %the above. Conclusion The method is specific, easy to operate, fast and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of vitamin C, glucose, sucrose and lactose in vitamin EC chewable tablets.
