应用1/2MS和MS两种浓度的培养基,对天麻种子进行无菌萌发的试验。经过190天的培养,前一处理的所有重复都获得了良好结果,平均萌发率为16.23%,最高达49.80%;在MS培养基上所播种子则无一萌发。试验结果表明,人工提供营养物质(包括植物激素等)能使天麻种子萌发,开创了此项工作研究的一条新途径。本试验中还观察了种子无菌萌发的大致过程和形态变化。此外,针对天麻种子极其细小的特点,设计了相当实用的果表消毒法。
Using 1/2MS and MS concentrations of medium, sterile germination tests were conducted on the seeds of Gastrodia. After 190 days of culture, all the replicates of the previous treatment had good results with an average germination rate of 16.23% and a maximum of 49.80%; none of the seeds sown on the MS medium germinated. The experimental results show that artificially providing nutrients (including phytohormones, etc.) can make Tianma seeds germinate, creating a new approach to this work study. In this experiment, the general process and morphological changes of the aseptic germination of the seeds were also observed. In addition, a very practical fruit table disinfection method has been designed for the extremely small features of the gastrodia seed.
