幼儿园青年教师可持续发展机制的建立,是促进幼儿教师向专业化发展的有力保障,也是提升幼教师资队伍水平的一个有效途径。针对此问题,本文从幼儿园青年教师可持续发展的内涵、影响因素及构建策略等三个方面探讨幼儿园青年教师的可持续发展问题。
The establishment of a mechanism for sustainable development of young teachers in kindergartens is a powerful guarantee for kindergarten teachers to develop professionally and is also an effective way to enhance the level of kindergarten teachers. In response to this problem, this paper discusses the sustainable development of young teachers in kindergartens from three aspects: the connotation, influential factors and strategies of sustainable development of young teachers in kindergartens.
